Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Cleveland is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cleveland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times. A recent visit I took my grand children for the experience and they loved it!! For some reason this was the first time ordering the Fiyah rice and they tore that rice up. The food is always fresh and well seasoned. The servers are very nice, the drinks from the bar is good and the atmosphere is great!! The place is huge and the booths are spacious. I give them a 10/10.

Everything about this place was Fiyah! We had the Dinner Combo A (All You Can Eat BBQ & Hot Pot) and it was incredible. Every plate was delicious, and we also grabbed one of their Boba drinks, which was a great call. The entire place is welcoming, clean, and has a fantastic vibe. The staff here is amazing, especially Tim. He was fantastic and funny as usualβ€”he even recognized me from my previous visits, which is always a great touch. If you want a place that actually lives up to its name, this is definitely it. I’ve attached a photo of our table spread to show the feast!

My group of 4 was a little worried when noticed we were the only customers but our waiter immediately dispelled our doubt. He was very attentive and explained the menu while offering suggestions on how much to order and personal favorite. It was a nice day and he offered to open the garage window which provided a nice breeze. The banchan bar had a nice variety of dishes beyond simple cabbage kimchi. I also appreciate that this restaurant offers corn cheese unlike KPOT. I'd been chasing those flavors that I'd experienced in Dallas. The meat was nicely marinated and the spicy bulgogi hit the spot. I also appreciated that the music was a blend of kpop with rap and r and b. Not too loud and it fueled a fun environment. Others mentioned issues with their bill and gratuity but we didn't have that issue at all. Our waiter took the time to split our check between us, and there was no added gratuity but I was happy to tip after such a hospitable experience. Great food, great service, and overall a great spot. Would be especially great on a hot summer night with those garage doors open.

We were not impressed. The menu says 18% gratuity will be added to bills with 5+ guests. We were a party of 2 and still saw this included tip...I don't believe our server did this on propose. I do believe this was a management decision to guarantee tips that have historically been crappy. Our server was busting her ass, and she did a great job. We wanted to tip her more because of her individual service, but upon looking at the bill, but decided not to. Service in general was extremely slow. We ordered a beer tower (which was not very good at all - beer doesn't need ice) and it took about 45 minutes to receive it. The food itself was nothing special either. Again, our server did amazing. She was the only one who seemed to be working and doing a fantastic job at it. Though, other staff, including the hostess, looked bothered and was on her phone. Very unprofessional. The music was also terrible. I've had korean BBQ, and this did not meet expectations.

I had an amazing experience dining at Fiyah. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The restaurant offers very reasonable prices, especially considering it’s all-you-can-eat with a wide variety of delicious food choices. Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Our waiter, Steve, made the experience even better. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Steve made sure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions with patience, and even took our pictures for us. He was very relatable, easy to connect with, and added a warm, personal touch to our visit. Overall, Fiyah offers great value, great food, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!
